Preventive and Corrective Maintenance

Duren Services - Multi-brand aims to ensure the operation and safety of material handling equipment from all brands through scheduled maintenance and repairs. We can also integrate indicators through the preventive maintenance contract for electric chain hoists, as per the items below:

Review of maintenance documents provided regarding the acquisition, manufacturing, preventive and corrective maintenance history of each piece of equipment, and commissioning;

Determination of inspection frequency based on risk;

Development and Implementation of Equipment Performance Indicators;

Lists of pending or non-pending spare parts for material procurement;

Creation of notes, initiation, and closing of service orders;

Identification and specification of spare parts for purchase and other needs;

Establish necessary resources and operational procedures for emergency service.
